I help women feel better in their bodies and fall in love with looking after themselves.

Not as a luxury. Not as a reward for when life calms down. As a non-negotiable act of being fully alive.

I know what it feels like to stop looking after yourself. The numbness. The quiet checking out. The woman you used to be, filed away somewhere under the weight of everything else.

And I know what it feels like to come back.

My story didn’t start with a breakdown. It started with a declaration.

When my children were small I made myself a promise. When I die, it will not be from something I could have prevented.

Not dramatic. Just quiet and non-negotiable.

I had spent years in corporate finance in North America. And the rat race didn’t just exhaust me. It broke me. What brought me back was not a holiday or a career change or a better time management system. It was radical self care. Deliberately, stubbornly choosing to look after myself when everything in that environment said keep pushing.

That was the first time I truly understood what it meant to fall in love with looking after yourself. Not as indulgence. As survival. As the most rebellious and necessary thing I could do.

And then I left. Chose Scotland. Chose a slower, fuller, more intentional life.

What I discovered is that the rat race is not a place. It is a mindset. You can leave the system physically while still running its software internally.

So I built my own businesses. Retrained. Kept learning. And somewhere in the middle of building everything else, I quietly put myself on a shelf. Again.

And again I chose radical self care. It wasn’t one thing that brought me back. It was a series of small, deliberate choices. A walk every morning through the Scottish Borders. Clean nutrition that actually worked in my body. Removing what was quietly draining me. Finding a community of people oriented the same way, growth-minded, well, invested in themselves.

And slowly, the woman I’d put on the shelf started to show up again.

I live in Hawick in the Scottish Borders with my partner Dan and our two children.

My life is full. Genuinely, beautifully, sometimes chaotically full. I run an accountancy practice, a wellness business, and I show up for a family that needs a lot of me.

This is not a wellness practice built in a calm studio with a clear schedule. It is wellness practised in a full house, on morning walks, in the margins, in the real.

That is exactly why it works.

Because the women I partner with are not living in calm studios either. They are living full, complex, real lives and trying to find themselves inside them.

Energy is everything.

When women have it, the vitality is infectious. When they don’t, everything suffers. The work, the relationships, the quiet sense of who they are.

If you have found your way here, I do not think it was by accident.

Something in you already knows that the next chapter is an arrival. If you are looking for someone who has already crossed that threshold and can walk alongside you as you cross yours, that is exactly what I am here for.

If you want to stay in the conversation, you are welcome to join my email list. I write when something is worth saying. No schedule, no agenda, no noise.
